Not start the scooter, electrical problem

1.
when i bought my innova the horn didnt work(the seller said It happened suddenly)
Once I opened the front cover and saw that everything is connected but still does not work, did not think about it anymore.

2.
Today i went with my friend to Jerusalem,he got JOYMAX 250 the only problem that he got that his Battery ends.
so I was friendly and he gave Cable (minus and plus) with my battery.
okay i start the innova by the starter and all work well.after one hour i try to re-start the innova but its didnt work.
the light is working ( mean The battery is not empty).okay so i used kick start and drive.

when i come home i said okay The battery must be chraged during the driving (57km) and i can start the innova by starter but nope its not working.
I checked the battery connections and everything is good and sunddely i press Horn (i dont know why cuze i know its not working) and its worked after 3 months that he didnt work.

why the battrey didnt re-chrage during the driving?
how sundday the horn work ?maybe cuze i playded with the cables :S.


3.in the viddeo you see i put HIGER LIGHT but when i click on the brakes the light change to normal :S

i think its problem with the touch of the cables.

I would check the Minus-Connection to the frame first. Maybe you burn it when you gave power to the other scooter. Good ideal to upload a youtube-video. Sorry, what does the right green light means (I have no ideal, is it the carging-control?).

Question: was the Innova-Engine running during you spend power?

Another ideal: open the Minus-Connector for reset for some minutes.

I think the generator is working because you can drive a long way with lights on. Normaly the engine stops after some kilometers without recharging, especially and earlier when the light is also on. Check also the fuses and the contacts of the fuses.

Please give us a Re-Answer and keep in thouch.

I check and its not burn.

When i put HIGHER LIGHT /high flashlight and click Brakes the HIGH flashlight is turn off as you see the control panel ist normally?

I checked and the fuses are ok and not blown.really dont know

Funny video . Im totally unexperienced in vehicle electrics, but i guess, you are right supposing inverted cables.

Today i drove and wait 4 min in the Traffic light and when i put 1 Gear and start drive the engine trun off :S why?

maybe the battery going to be Empty?
