He could have faked km?

What is the price of a brand new Innova in Israel?
1000 Euro for a 7000 km Innova sounds sensible:
The Innova is one of the most reliable vehicles in the world and quite cheap so 7000km is about nothing.
To fake an odometer is at least in Germany liable to prosecution and "falsification of documents" as jurists say. It is not worth to break a law and take the risk for just a few Euros. So it ist most implausible the odometer was faked. In addition the odometer is electronically and it is quite difficult to fake it.
IMHO is 1000 Euro for a 7000km Innova not the cheapest possible but worth it and allright for both parties.
