Hi to the German speakers
Think i understand where you are coming from
We have a similar situation here in the UK
My Wave has done 20000 miles (32000km) and is a little noisy on a cold start which i think is the cam chain tensioner. Otherwise it runs well.
It's an ex-delivery (pizza) bike so it has done those Km in less than 3 years.
I'm glad to see that there are more happy Cub Riders in the UK...this forum is definitely the place to be!
Thanks for the welcome.
You guys (especially the English speakers) should really join us on the UK Cub forum too. You would be welcome as we have a lot of Innova and Wave members.
We have reached a point in the UK where the price of a decent C90 is the same as a Wave or Innova so more and more people are preferring to buy the newer bike.
I think they would appreciate the knowledge that you guys have. http://www.c90club.co.uk
Dear Steve,
we have one mileage list forcWaves and another for Innovas, the use is rather complicated, but you would be very high ranked.

Hello again.
Few problems with the Wave as it has wrecked the larger cam shaft bearing. Got replacements OK and all fitted but i now discover that i have to replace the cam chain as it has a kink in it.
So next job is to remove the flywheel. Not so easy as i cannot find a suitable puller (extractor)
Can any of you Wave experts tell me what the thread is on the flywheel ?
And also where can i buy or borrow a suitable puller ?
Thanks

Not sure why the bearing has worn at 20000 miles. Think it may be poor servicing, cheap oil, low oil as this is an ex pizza delivery bike
I will have a look at the shop you linked. Thanks.
Is this the right one for my Wave ?
Flywheel M30x1,5
SKU: 7004527
M30x1,5 is correct. Your Wave was a pizza delivery bike? No doubt that this is the reason of the dammaged bearing. I have a stripped engine on my workbench waiting to be completed. All bearings were worn, the piston had been melted, cylinder with scratches inside and the bottom end was deep-blue to black colored. The young man, from whom i bought my "spare part wave" did never check the oil level after the first service. It was a bargain.
