Hi from Sweden

(Sorry about the english. I havn´t been able to learn german yet.)

My name is Calle Fjallstal, living in the small town of Lysekil on the west coast of Sweden, 100 km north of Gothenburg. 49 years old and slightly crazy according too

In 2011 I bought my Innova. The old and too tuned Piaggio Ciao I then used broke into two large quite unusable pieces, and I realized that I needed something more reliable. Thousands of asians can´t be wrong. Innova it was.

I bought it 20110510. The 23 of june I took of on vacation with 600 euro to spend. I drove the A7 to Austria, and then to Stilfser, Milano, the Riviera, Col de Turini, Marseille and Avignon. In Avignon I had used up 300 euros, and I went for home. Drove to Sweden trough La Rochelle, Paris, Brussels and Bremen. 7750 km in 17 days. A nice little trip.

I have made three more long distance vacations. In 2012 to Barcelona and Andorra most far away, and 9630 km in 23 days. 2013 I went to Barcelona, Zaragosa, Pamplona (no bulls for me...) and Guernika, 9840 km in 25 days. Last year it was a short tour to the north of Spain, only 7550 km in 19 days.

I have driven the Assietta road, the Ligurian border road, over 20 mountain passes higher than 2000 meter above sea level and all the best roads there is to find. But I like the french Riviera, and the mountains inland from there, the best. 2013 I did a lap of the Nurburgring (with full long distance touring load...) in a little less than 16 minutes, but that was not too nice on the Innova. Everything was overheated...

At home I use the Innova year round, mostly for daily driving. Then free from work I take longer trips, usually 500-600 km a day.

The tenth of may I have owned my Innova four years, and I have driven it 74500 km in that time. It´s well worn by now, but it´s in good working condition. Soon I have to do the first control inspection (Like your TÜV), but it should be OK.

The picture in the link is taken last year at the Gate to the Catalan Countries north of Perpignan in France:

Right stuff!
You both, rider and CUB...

If you need a stopover next time near Düsseldorf,
you can contact me (tent in garden or futon in the livingroom).
We have here a lot of "old things":
The best beer, called "Alt" (means "Old" production way).
The eldest man around (Neanderthaler with museum and nice
small roads), sometimes beef from stone-aged animals (no joke).
And a big "Japan-Party" in summertime, because thousends of
japanese people are living in this area.

Last summer, I made my first CUB-Trip to Toscany near Grosseto.
4.200 km within 20 days. No problem: 2 Liters gas per 100 km.
0,5 Liter redwine per day. And some oil (from olives or 10-W-40)

Safe riding,
best regards
Pitt

Velkommen Calle,

das nenne ich mal einen spektakulären Einstand hier :up2: So eine intensive Reisenutzung einer Innova dürfte hier im Forum keiner vorweisen können.

Auch das Bild von Deiner Innova ist einfach super...weiter so :inno:

When you need a pause near Osnabrück ( near Motoway A1 ), you are welcome to visit me... write me an PM ( Personal Message ). Your are a really biker with experience!!!!

Hej Calle,

with all the sticker you have stuck to your Inno, you hardly see that your ride a white one.
And I do wonder with the 500 odd km you must average per day(one or the other laundry day thrown in) what do you see? Or you only need three hours of sleep?

Never mind my words but keep it up. :up2:

Servus, welcome,
congratulation for your way of travelling.
.
Do you use 14 : 35?
.
It seems, that we can learn something from the Swedish - not only to avoid the €uro!

Hi Calle,

be heartly welcome here, in the center of the craziest CUB drivers of good old Germany, and now of Sweden. :up2:

"Crischan" loves your huge baggage compartment, because he is asking himself who has the bigger box on it´s CUB. Is it his, or yours?
