I am nic, 31 years old and i live in belgium. I dont speek german language (sorry guys) olney Nederlands or the basic enlish

The reason i came on this forum is because there ar no fb pages or forums in my language to schare or talk about innova's so i came here!

Ok, now my bike's.

I had (or stil have 2 innova's, one is stil compleet, but the other is for parts.. Or better.. The other is used for the engine to fit in my cub..

So i did the swap, wich was alot of work.. Welding.. New mountings, Electrical swap etc..

The engine himself is also upgraded, here is the partlist til now:

*Faito 57mm or 148cc high pressure kit
*faito s4 evo stage 2 cam
*kitaco valve springs
*cardinals racing big valve head (24/28)
*head ported
*cardinals racing clutch kit
*mikuni vm26 (28mm would be better so i gonna buy yoshimura yd28 later)
*daytona digital cdi
*takegawa oval silent muffer

*frame*

*honda brakes front+rear
*honda bearings front+rear
*kepspeed +2 aloy swingarm
*diy chain 428 + 428 gears (17/34)
*takegawa rear springs
*12v gps plug

Ps: i also drive a other bike, the nsc110 or vision 110

@ the moment he is not legaly.. Its a replica c50, it was the last one available here.. I drive whit it now but i am carefull.. And actualy here where i live the cops dont look after it

But i iam looking for c90 or c70 papers so i can drive legaly.

And yeah.. A saw that innova.de is also for cubs etc wich is good hehe

A heartily welcome in this forum and keep fiddling around with your Cub's and enjoy them, that's the true spirit of the members here.
En als jij (eigenlijk "u" in Belgie) problemen met de taal hebt, kenmerk dat en schrijf dat dan rustig in het Nederlands, er zijn hier meerdere deelnemers, die dat dan desgewenst voor de anderen in het Duits kunnen vertalen.

To be honest, i don’t understand your project.
If you are looking for a new or stronger engine there should be plenty of choice on the market.
Manny of the aftermarket parts offering a good chance to make it street legal too.
Makes less sense for me to destroy a working bike (in fact two) to create something of no practical use and not even a show effect like some custom made bikes for exhibition or race.

I dont think there is anything stronger or better than a innova engine... These engine's are intern verry strong and can go easy verry fast. Also tuning parts for this engine are verry cheap in greece. I think that i dont pay more than 300€ for the hole kit!

The reason i did this swap is because i wanted something thats Reliable and something thats have more potential then any other plug and play engine available.. So for that its worth to swap!


A daytona engine cost around 1200€ here.. So for that money i got 2 innovas and a better engine in my cub!

The Inno-engine is absolutely not strong; in contrary it is, to achieve a high sturdiness (betrouwbaarheid/levensduur), really very low down in its class.
Forget that very fast, a long-haul engine does absolutely dislike high revolutions. It has its torque already low-down in the revs, yes, but when you go up with the revs, the stress on all the mechanical motorparts increase tremendously.
And how do you adjust the fuel-injection and ignition for this altered behaviour? It's baked in the central chip, a firmware-update is, as far as I have read here, nowhere available.
With a carburettor-engine, yes, tuning is possible, but again how long will the engine endure this?
By the way, when you order in Greece, check what you have to pay for postage and packing extra and only than click on "Order".

I think you dont now a innova engine good anough this engine's can handle whit the stock internals 200cc.. Maximum is about 245cc but then you are better put a stronger crank in it..

The injection models can run whit a takegawa ficon-2, i am busy now whit this on my brother's innova. But I prefer the carburator models.. Much easier..

I run now a while the 148cc kit wich i post in my begin post.. Thats run great, i had before a daytona 150cc but this one is by far faster.. Also it like's high rpm's, its become a compleet other engine than stock. When the yoshimura yd28 is on it i gonna do a dayno run to see what it got

picture is the topspeed now 125.9 km/h on gps or a litle 80mph.. I expect to go further than 130km/h when the yoshimura yd28 is installed and when i got the adjustabel cam gear, the timing is not really on time now, i think i lost some hp there..
